Specialised Video Solutions (SVS) was established in 2003 and offer a complete turn-key
package for all CCTV Surveillance System and Access Control requirements. We provide
the design concepts and specification through to equipment procurement, installation
and final commissioning.
Fundamentally an organisations revenue is dictated by the number of customers that
walk in and how much they intend on spending. In order to protect their investment
companies need to create a sense of well being for all their customers. The objective
is to detect, identify and wherever possible prevent the execution of a crime, disturbance,
fire or other emergency, and if it does occur, react to it, prevent it or minimise
the impact and ultimately identify and prosecute the persons responsible. With SVS’s
new video analytic technologies companies are able to monitor people’s behaviour,
detecting and alerting the necessary authorities to anything unusual such as running,
lying down, aggressive movements, crowd gathering/dispersing and entry into prohibited
areas. Broken windows, forced doors, jammed lifts, initiation of panic alarms, fire
or smoke can also be detected.
Specialised Video Solutions offer a complete turnkey package/solution for all CCTV
Surveillance Systems and Access Control requirements. We only recommend and install
proprietary branded equipment which is deemed suitable for the specific application
requirements of a project. This ensures that the systems perform to the design criteria
and objectives in every respect.
Specialised Video Solutions are not brand specific which allows us to offer unbiased
advice and recommendations based solely on a price/performance criteria tailored
to the clients’ operational objectives.
Our company philosophy is to provide on-going support service to all our clients.
This is of paramount importance as the continuity of the system’s operational functionality
pays testimony to the integrity of the original design specification and the quality
of the installation. As a reinforcement of our commitment to service excellence,
we undertake to warrant the quality of our all our installations, providing they
have not been modified or interfered with by unauthorised personnel, on a reasonably
indefinite basis regardless of the initial Warranty Period.
Leisure Inustry
Casinos traditionally have always used a large number of cameras for security and
surveillance due to the sensitivity of fraudsters and those who find a way to cheat
the system. The presence of large amounts of money will always attract and encourage
certain individuals and fraudsters to cheat, steal and scam their way into beating
the system. Predominantly there are three sectors of security that need to be under
continuous surveillance: vehicle control and theft prevention, public areas and
inevitably casino floors. The integration of all three sectors controlled simultaneously
with all data being processed at a central hub coupled with two way communication
to an external agency offers immense benefits for preventative control
Vehicle Entry and Parking
Specialised Video Solutions High End Video Systems with facial recognition and number
plate recognition are able to alert security of possible threats and stolen vehicles.
Customer services can now be notified of VIP arrivals and offer a greater service
on entry. Our smart cameras can detect smoke, gas and high levels of carbon dioxide
in lesser ventilated areas, able to give ample warning time before any fatalities
can occur.
Casino Floors
The Casino floors security is primarily directed at the monitoring of patrons and
staff with the objective of identifying cheats or scams and successful prosecution
of the offenders by use of our high definition camera systems. The technology must
allow for the detection of fast, fine movements, requiring high-resolution cameras
that are perfectly positioned. This helps to resolve table disputes as recorded
images are available for close review. Intelligent video technology and analytics
combined with high resolution, high-speed cameras and wide lenses, can reveal suspect
counting processes for cash or chips.
