What makes our service department unique and sets itself above the rest is the full integration of all the systems installed. No longer will you need separate companies to maintain separate systems installed. The quality of skill we own enables us to set a high standard in conforming to set standards and regulations both nationally and internationally. The staff compliment is set to a client to technician ratio that is reviewed quarterly. Each service technician is given both internal and external training on current and new products to ensure all the technicians are up to date with all the technologies available. So you can rest assured knowing the after sales service is of the highest quality. Service technicians will also make recommendations as to the best type of system to run if the current system is out dated or not meeting the security needs of the specific site.

The service department has a superior reporting structure set in place. Everything done by the service department is methodically documented and reported. In this way we are able to ensure the client gets exactly what is expected in the highest standard possible.

We have four different maintenance agreements to offer clients depending on the needs of the individual client. You get to chose from Full 385X24/7 Service level agreements including technology insurance, to adhoc call outs and a whole range of options in-between to customize a service that suites your specific requirements.
